Liam has spent most of his life involved in dogs & horses from a very young age. He has been showing/breeding dogs along with his father Ger , for the past 12 Years under the Carliams Prefix Liam has made up total of 11 Champions across various terrier breeds (Irish Terriers, Airedale Terriers, Welsh Terriers) in Ireland to date. Also having much success in breeding multiple champions across the world in Russia, Sweden, Germany, Lithuania, UK. Many of Liam's homebred dogs have also travelled abroad to countries such as Germany, USA, Sweden, & Italy to breed future quality within the Irish Terrier Breed. Liam has worked and been mentored in USA for some of Americas Top Professional Handlers in his lifetime, working as a fulltime assistant years ago. In his lifetime he has also experience in many other breeds (German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Jack Russell's, Lakeland Terriers, Kerry Blues, Irish Water Spaniels) Liam currently acts as the Secretary of the All Ireland Irish Terrier Club, and Committee Member of the Irish Native Breeds Club, & Dublin Irish Blue Terrier Club. "

JUDGE 2023 - Philip O'Brien

Philip O'Brien joined his father's Irish Terriers kennel in the early eighties, he soon took the lead and bred some influential Irish Terriers individuals on behalf of the Edbrios kennel in Ireland. In the nineties, he left for the USA where he cooperated with a well known proffesional handler and gained more knowledge in the Terrier world. Philip started his career of judging 25 years ago and since then, he has judged Terriers across all Europe. In the last two decades, Philip and his wife Jaroslava have been focused on Kerry Blue Terriers and have gained world fame with many champions worldwide including World, European, Montgomory and Cruft's winners.
